Who can come?
Everyone. Practices are open to the public and geared to players at all skill levels — whether you played at university, haven't touched a ball in a decade, or have never seen a rugby match in your life.
What to bring
- Boots if you have them, trainers if you don't
- Water and a mouthguard if you own one
- Shorts and a shirt you don't mind getting muddy
Everything else we'll sort out. Come and play touch, learn the basics, or get straight into contact — and stick around for a pint afterwards.
